Pumpkin Soft Bun
Ingredients
150 g bread flour
70 g cake flour
2 g salt
35 g sugar
15 g butter, melted
50 g warm milk
150 g steamed pumpkin
4 g yeast

Instructions
Step 1.Sift bread flour and cake flour. Then add salt, sugar and yeast whisk to mix it. Add pumpkin, warm milk and melted butter. Knead until smooth. Cover for 1 hour.
Step 2. Divide into 8 parts roll it. Cover for 15 minutes. Before bake brush with fresh milk.
Step 3. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees celsius, bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown on surface. Ready to enjoy
