Pumpkin Seed & Sesame-Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp Zima Pumpkin Seed Oil
• ½ cup Zima Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (crushed)
• 2 tbsp Zima Sesame Seeds
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

1. Rub chicken with Pumpkin Seed Oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat with a mix of Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and Sesame Seeds.
3. Bake or grill until crispy.
