• ½ cup Zima Pumpkin Flour • 2 tbsp Zima Chia Seeds • 2 cups fresh milk • 1 tbsp honey • ½ tsp cinnamon
Classic porridge made healthier with Chia Seeds.
1. Heat milk in a pot, gradually whisk in Pumpkin Flour. 2. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. 3. Add Chia Seeds, cook for 5 minutes. 4. Sweeten with honey, sprinkle cinnamon. Serving Suggestion: Enjoy warm with fresh bananas or mango slices.
